🛍 Return & Refund Policy

At NatureNest, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


✅ Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
• Opened or used personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items

To start a return, please contact us at BualichatthaS.L@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to order a different item, please return the original and place a new order.


🚚 Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right—either a replacement or a full refund.


📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
